These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kck444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the kck444 website located at https://kck444.pro and all associated services, products, games, and features offered therein. By registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on kck444, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted this Agreement in its entirety.

kck444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform. Your continued use of kck444 following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the kck444 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or incentive credited to your Account under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become withdrawable as cash.
• "Platform" means the kck444 website, mobile site, and any associated applications or services.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software studio whose games are offered on the Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an Account on kck444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. Players must be 21 years or older to participate in any real-money wagering activity on the Platform.
2. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Territory.
4. You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by kck444 for a violation of these Terms.
5. You are not an employee, agent, director, officer, or contractor of kck444 or any of its affiliated companies, Game Providers, or payment processors.
6. All information you provide during registration — including your full name, date of birth, address, and payment details — is accurate, current, and complete.

kck444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence (e.g., National ID, passport, or utility bill) to verify any information provided during registration or at any subsequent point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the required timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your Account.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. kck444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account.

You must notify kck444 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. All transactions conducted through your Account prior to such notification — whether authorised by you or not — remain your sole responsibility.

kck444 will never contact you to request your password by email, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to do so should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team at once.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Deposits

All deposits on kck444 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly or within the processing time stated for each payment method. kck444 accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

By initiating a deposit, you confirm that the payment account used belongs to you and has not been obtained through unlawful means. kck444 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a legitimate, player-owned payment source.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are available exclusively to fully verified Accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount and applicable processing times are displayed within the kck444 cashier section. kck444 processes withdrawal requests on a rolling basis; actual receipt of funds is subject to the processing timelines of the chosen payment provider.

kck444 may delay or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, or investigation into suspected fraudulent activity. In such circumstances, kck444 will notify you and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that matches the verified identity of the Account holder. kck444 does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.

4.3 Currency

All balances, transactions, bonuses, and wagering limits on kck444 are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. Western Arabic numerals are used throughout. No currency conversion is applied for players transacting in BDT.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

kck444 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

1. Bonus Funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirement before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
2. Unless explicitly stated, bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering on restricted games does not contribute to the Wagering Requirement.
3. Each promotional offer is available to a maximum of one Account per person, household, device, and shared IP address.
4. kck444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any Bonus Funds already credited and actively being wagered will not be retroactively affected.
5. Bonus Funds are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the Platform. They cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of consideration.
6. Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of promotional terms — will result in the cancellation of all Bonus Funds, recovery of associated winnings, and permanent closure of the Account.

6. Gameplay, Betting Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on kck444 are sourced from certified third-party Game Providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently audited for fairness. The outcomes of all games are determined solely by RNG technology and are not influenced by kck444 or any player action other than the game mechanics themselves.

For sports betting markets — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other events — odds are set by kck444's in-house trading team and may be adjusted at any time prior to the commencement of an event. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, the odds locked at the time of confirmation apply.

kck444 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical malfunction, data feed error, pricing error, or any other integrity concern. In the event of a void, stakes will be returned to the player's Account balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kck444 and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer or peer-to-peer game formats.
• Match-fixing or any form of insider trading in sports betting markets.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any game software or proprietary data from the Platform.

7. Responsible Gaming

kck444 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small minority of players, gambling can become harmful. The following responsible gaming tools are available free of charge to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your Account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) to take a break from gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties except as required to facilitate payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, or as required by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the kck444 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, interface designs, software, game assets, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of kck444 or its licensed Game Providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of kck444 or the relevant rights holder.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kck444 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and Game Providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own wagering decisions.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond kck444's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where kck444 has complied with its security obligations.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, scores, or statistical data provided for informational purposes.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit kck444's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Account Termination & Suspension

kck444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its absolute discretion, including in circumstances where:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• The Account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• There has been a material breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• An Account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require kck444 to do so.

On voluntary closure of your Account, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any applicable deductions for bonus abuse or outstanding investigations) will be refunded to your verified payment account within a reasonable period. Bonus Funds are not refundable upon Account closure.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. kck444 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and player protection.

In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact kck444 support in the first instance. kck444 aims to resolve all player disputes within 10 business days of receipt. If you remain unsatisfied following kck444's final response, you may seek independent dispute resolution through an appropriate alternative dispute resolution body.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable Bonus Terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and kck444 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

No Waiver: kck444's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in any future instance.

Language: This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between any translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
